As a Guest Perspective client, you will receive invaluable feedback on your guests' experiences with your place of business. Guest Perspective works hard to provide its clients accurate, comprehensive and unbiased feedback. Client services include, but are not limited to:
  • Working with you to establish the criteria we will use for our anonymous shops. Whether it is the quality of food, timeliness of service, or a general assessment of a guest's overall experience at your business, we personalize our mystery shopping so that we provide you feedback on what matters to you.
  • Providing you the flexibility to schedule your own shops. Maybe you have concerns about a particular employee's performance or a particular revenue center; if so, you simply request a targeted shop with your concerns in mind and we will conduct it at the time that's right for you.
  • Creating a personalized, easy-to-access website that allows you to sign in at your leisure and review your businesses data whenever you wish.
  • Customizing a distribution list so that key managers or staff you request as contacts are alerted every time a new shop report becomes available.
  • Customized reports to help you spot trends in your business. These reports will give you the ability over time to identify areas of strength and areas of opportunity in your business. These reports will also give you the ability to look at individual staff members and their performance over time.
